Meadow House is a newly constructed, modern house built in the wonderful environment of Avebury, a protected World Heritage Site.
Meadow House itself is less than two hundred metres from the world renowned Avebury Circle. It is situated in a wonderful setting adjacent to the Herepath, an ancient trackway. The site is protected by tall English oaks, beeches and limes, yet with fabulous open views to the Ridgeway and Downs on the south and east. Meadow house is set in 0.125 hectare (quarter of an acre) of private garden; on its own, but not isolated with only a two minute bike ride from the pub, the shop, the National Trust cafe and the centre of this interesting village. Green Street has a vehicle movement rate of less than one car per hour plus maybe a tractor or two.
Avebury is located 6 miles from the glorious market town of Marlborough and 9 miles from J16 of the M4 making London just over an hour by car. Trains are easily accessible from Swindon and Pewsey.
